For more than 50 years we’ve put quality at the heart of everything we do. Our story starts with Cyril Grove Smith, William’s grandfather and the original innovator. Cyril was one of the first farmers to introduce oven-ready turkeys to the London market. We grew our business through the booming carvery market of the 1980s, thanks to our endless commitment to always producing the highest quality, tastiest meat.
This obsession with quality still runs through everything we do today.
